Vergente is a subscription-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) that provides curated databases of wine industry contacts, including importers, distributors, and other relevant leads. These leads are delivered periodically in Excel format via email. The information provided is intended solely for business development and marketing purposes related to the wine and beverage industry. You acknowledge that the data is for your individual or company use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or republished without prior written consent from Vergente.

Vergente makes every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the data provided, but does not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or performance of the leads. Due to the dynamic nature of international trade and market activity, some contact details may become outdated or inaccurate over time. Vergente shall not be held liable for any business decisions, damages, or losses arising from the use or reliance on the data provided. It is your responsibility to independently verify the leads if they are to be used for critical business activities.

Your subscription will renew automatically based on the plan selected unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. By subscribing, you grant Vergente permission to contact you with service-related messages, updates, and promotions. You also agree to protect your login credentials and to notify Vergente immediately of any unauthorized access or use. Vergente reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in breach of these terms. These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
