No-Refund
Due to the digital nature of the product and the immediate access to proprietary data upon delivery, Vergente maintains a strict no-refund policy. Once a purchase or subscription has been completed, the customer gains access to curated contact information that cannot be returned or revoked. As such, all sales are considered final.

In the event of a technical issue, duplicate charge, or failure to receive the file, please reach out to our customer support within 7 days of the transaction. We are committed to resolving any delivery problems quickly and ensuring that you receive the service as promised. However, dissatisfaction with the quality, relevance, or outcome of the leads does not constitute grounds for a refund.
